Blog Task 33: After effects ident

In this blog Task i have been asked to create an ident for our short title sequence.
NOTE: This is only a test and is not the final version.

I have created a distribution ident. The reason i have created this ident is to practice my skills with\

adobe after effects and see what kind of distribution ident i would like to use.

I created the ident itself by going on the website Online logo maker
The tricky part was trying to be original. Despite this only being a test, i wanted to be somewhat original in terms of how my logo looked. I finally decided on the logo seen in the after effects ident test.
The name of my entertainment company was another issue. I had to try and be as original as i wanted to be, i then came up with "Watch our film please".

After finishing the creating of my ident i looked through a bunch of ready made ident templates that were provided by our school. There were over 10 available making picking one very difficult. However, after looking through all of them i decided to chose the one shown in the video below. My reasons for this were that i found it very visually appealing and it worked well with the colour scheme i had decided on.
I used adobe after effects to swap the stock template image provided with my logo. After doing so, i produced it and the following ident was finally finished.

In my opinion, for a first ident i believe it was pretty nice!
