The feedback generally gives me an insight on what i have done right so far and what my strengths are. However, it also provides me with criticism, as means for me to improve, review my old blogs and try and fix what the issues that persist are in order to achieve a higher grade.
As seen in the screenshot above, my work has been reviewed by my teacher Mary.
The positives that exist are the following below:
-The effort that exists in the posts is strong throughout all of them
-There is a variety of different technology, it is multimedia allowing viewers to get different ways of maintaining information.
-The notes that have been included in the blog generally are correct which makes it clear and fluent.
*This was something i was very happy to hear, i spent time ensuring that i was not using only one media type such as youtube through out every post, i wanted to use different kinds of media - despite them usually being the same throughout all of the posts i.e prezi.
*I'm glad to hear that the effort i put in my posts has been acknowledged as i spent time on all of them ensuring that they were coherent and detailed- this goes for the notes i included as well.
The criticisms are the following:
Blog task 8 is are missing images which lack the ability to be easily understood.
Blog task 10 - the tile has not been spelt correctly.
Blog task 13 - requires extensive primary research in order to get top marks.
*I agree with the images that are missing in Blog Task 8, it makes it a bit harder to understand as images are generally able to make a detailed post more easy to understand.
It also shows evidence of research.
*Blog Task 10 and other blog tasks need to have correct titles in order for the idea of fluent and correctness to flow throughout my entire blog.
*The extensive primary research for blog task 10 would benefit me a lot, it would allow me to get a better insight on what film openings are really important and why. This would help me with post production to our actual media film later on in the a level and blog.
Targets:The targets that she has listed were previously mentioned, however i will point them out as she did in order for me to refer to it later and check upon;
1) Use alternative technologies e.g padlet, powtoon, thinglink etc - there's a long list of ideas on the portfolio homepage to inspire me.
2) Address the small issues i detailed in the feedback for blogs : 8,10,13.
3) Aim for top A Grade
I have taken all of these on board, especially the last point. I'd like to achieve an A grade so i will do the following in order to achieve the final A grade.
Updates:
1)The images have been added to the title sequence; this was an error that occured when my embedded code was not working properly.
2) I fixed the title!
